What's included in the price:
Electricity - The first €30.00 is included, after that you are charged by the day. Deposit of €200.00 required 3 days before your stay. We send screenshots of electricity consumption at your request.

Deposit: 50% to secure your booking, balance due 90 days prior to arrival. If booking within 3 months, full amount is due
Security deposit: €200.00 for extra electricity and any damages. Please transfer 3 days prior to arrival. A few things that can affect your deposit: Stains: If there's an accident with sheets or towels, please let the property manager know straight away — stains left for a few days may not come out, and this would result in a charge for replacements. Glass bottles: Please remove any glass bottles before you leave. If left behind, the property manager will charge €20.00 to take them to the bottle bank, deducted from your deposit,
